Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 22, 2026
1. Free Trial Cancellation
Pawbook offers a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. If you cancel your account before the trial ends, you will not be charged. There is nothing to refund.
2. Cancellation After a Paid Period Has Begun
If you cancel your subscription after a monthly billing period has already been charged, you will retain full access to Pawbook through the end of that billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a paid period.
Example: If your billing date is the 1st of the month and you cancel on the 15th, you retain access through the end of the month. No refund is issued for the remaining 15 days.
3. Exceptions
We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error due to a technical or billing system failure.
- You were charged after submitting a cancellation request that was not properly processed.
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at support@pawbook.studio within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Disputes
If you believe a charge from psyn llc is incorrect and we have not resolved it to your satisfaction through the process above, you may dispute the charge with your credit card issuer or bank. We will cooperate with your financial institution during any dispute process.
