By scheduling a grooming appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Your pet is current on all required vaccinations. 2. You authorize our staff to perform the requested grooming services. 3. You will disclose any known health conditions or behavioral concerns prior to the appointment. 4. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions that become apparent during grooming. 5. In a medical emergency, you authorize us to seek veterinary care and assume all associated costs. By submitting a booking request, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
